اتفوووووووووووووووووووووووووووو ...... انا قلت ما ابي اكتب عن ولا شي هالجم يوم و افضى علشان المهرجان و اكون مرتاح البال، بس الواحد وين يرتاح و كل يوم اقرا جرايدنا الزفت كل يوم خبر العن و ازفت من الثاني، من هليكوبتر المحروس بالمحمية و تبطم عيال الشيوخ و البروتوكولات اليديدة من بوس ايدو ريل و طيز و ^#% ، و من المحمية الي صارت مخيم الوالد القايد الى افتتاح الاسبوع الثقافي الكويتي الي يفشل، الناس تعرف عن دولها و تبين ثقافتها و احنا نرقص يهالنا للخمة، اتصل علي صاحبي و قال لي تعال بدى الاسبوع الثقافي و رحت لقصر المؤتمرات بجامعة العلوم التطبيقية عبالي صج و شفت ثلاثة اردني و كويتي و قزم و كلهم جنوس و لا يتمييعون و يغنون اغاني وطنية بصراحة فشلونا و انا اوعدكم اني انزل الصور و الافلام باقرب وقت و انتوا حكموا، بعدهم صار دور فرقة التلفزيون الي رفعت روسنا جدام العالم و عرضوا الفن الكويتي الاصيل بالامم المتحدة و استراليا و غيرهم، و توقعت يحطون شي كويتي اصيل على الاقل مراويس و طيران او بحري، بس الاخوان بيضحكون علينا او على الاردنيين قاموا يلعلعون: يا سعد لو تشوف الشيب ما ني بشايب لابسات البراقع.....!!! شكو ما ادري......؟!؟!؟

احلى شي بعد ما خلصوا صار في افتتاح لمعرض الجهات المشاركة في الصالة الرياضية و هذا احسن شي شفته بس في عيب انهم حطو شغلات وايدة و وزعوها على الحضور و صارت السالفة مسخرة الكل يطامر و يدق على ربعه و يقول تعال شوف الملاهي، كل جهةى تعطي جنطة او جيس فيه بروشرات و ميداليات و اقلام و نوتات و كتب و اعلام و تيشرتات و ديفيديات و بلاوي زرقة ثانية..... انا اول شي عبالي اغاثة و لاجئين..... كل الي دخلوا تقريبا دشوا علشان الهدايا و كانو اول من قط البروشرات و كتب و خلوا الاقلام و النوت......!!! صندوق التنمية حاولوا قد شعر راسهم يفهمون البهايم انه دوره المشاكرة بالتنمية العربية و البهايم للحين على بالها انه الصندوق يصرف للكويت اكبر نسبة من المساعدات......؟!؟!؟

Meeting Star Academy girls at Acaba......!!!

I'm participating in "THE WALK.. Moving Forward" a Jordanian Cinema festival in "Acaba", the festival which is coordinated by NBF "No Budget Films" and "Pioneers Production company", will begin on the 22nd of march that's 4 days from now, but I'm going to be there from the 21st, I'll be in Acaba for 3 days, and there is a Film Production Contest in script writing that I'm participating in , I don't think I'll be winning anything since I worked on the script a bit late......!!!

but who knows I might win something.......!!!I'm looking forward to meet Ghada Saba, the founder of "The Walk Project"....

The Walk was launched in 2005, with over 500 participants staging a march from Hashemi Square to Amman Municipality Center (Ras Al Ain). As part of this event, a  First Film Production Contest was held, and a jury selected four winners from among 20 submissions. The winners were all young talents, writing scripts for the first time. Following its overwhelming success,  The Walk was established as a biennial event.

anyway, this festival is a good sign that there are still people working hard to form not only a film industry in Jordan, but in the Arab world, I still stand by my opinion that Egyptian cinema is still crap and not worth mentioning,except for some mutated films that might be considered good, anyhow, wish me luck, and I'll try to keep you updated if I can, I know I'll be taking tons of pictures thanks to Hadi who gave me his Camera.......!!!

today, is a day Kuwait resumes a tradition it long forgot, the military march parade. in Sabhan now the biggest military parade is undergoing to"tell Kuwaitis we are safe under the hands of the army", his royal HIness Sheikh Sabah is attending the parade. and since most of us are either at work or simply not bothered to see hundreds of men in uniform, act in the hype of the moment and shout the name of Sabah, we don't need that, but we wont mind that.......!!!

and not to forget mentioning, a marine parade will undergo also but in the evening.

I hate it when a guy stands infront of any one else, and recite poems of love, bravery, and other fucking shit, and the idea that pledge thier lifes for the sake of the Prince.......!!!

Cuts: Brazil in a plate......!!!

This was the 3rd time for me going for this place, great environment, great atmosphere; cheap hotel decor though, didn't understand why the walls so thin.....?!?! the Brazilian restaurant has the best of the south American coziness, the meat....!!!
this new steakhouse is hidden in the worst place possible, the Movenpic hotel in the free zone.....!!!

The hotel is amazingly cheap, and I don't know why the rooms are scattered every where, even near the public bathrooms.....!!!

anyhow, the lighting and restaurant atmosphere gives a great sense of calmness, that you're really going to have a great meal... they have a limited variety on their menu, simply Tabas and some salads, and the thing that made this steakhouse one of my best choices…. the Chusco or the all-in-one eat till you explode......!!!

you get Beef steak, Veal, Chicken, Lamp chop, Sausage, plus the side dishes of fries, mash potato, rice cakes, and vegetables.......!!!
I gave the food 4.8 out of 5, everything was amazing, and you can't stop eating until you can not move......!!! this is for the meat only, the Tabas are not at the same level as the meat……!!!
The staff is friendly and hospitable; they even went to the point of talking Portuguese......!!!
I gave the staff 3.5 out of 5....

The restaurant needs a drastic change of location, away from the Hotel......!!!
the side dishes need improvement, and the Tapas are a bit difficult to accept......!!!

My advise to you is to try this Steakhouse, but avoid anything but the Chusco, and insist that the chicken is well-done to burnt to a crisp......!!! It's better and safer this way… trust me……!!!

حفيد حاكم الكويت الخامس الشيخ عبدالله بن صباح الصباح
ولد بالكويت عام 1900
عاش وحيد والديه حيث ان شقيقته هيا توفيت وهو صغير ولم يكن لديه اخوه اخرون
توفي عام 1996 بعمر الـ96 عاما

درس عند ملا راشد بن الشرهان والشيخ عبدالوهاب الحنيان.
ترك الكويت وأقام عند قبيلة العجمان في السعودية حيث ذهب إلى اميرها ضيدان بن حثلين واقام شهرين.
شارك في موقعه حمض عام 1919 وهي أول معركة يخوضها في حياته وكانت ضد جماعة الدويش واستمرت المعركة 6 ايام تقريبا ، وقد تعرض بالمعركة لاصابه تم علاجه منها
بعام 1920 شارك بمعركة الجهراء وكان قائدا عاما فيها.
خاض معركة الرقعي عام 1928 واصيب بهذه المعركة بساقة اليمنى ، وكانت المعركة بقيادة الشيخ علي السالم الصباح الذي قتل بالمعركه فاصبح هو قائد الجيش على الرغم من اصابته.
بالثلاثينات قام بتسفير اليهود الذين كانو متواجدين في الكويت حيث ذهبوا للعراق وذلك بعد ان عاثوا فساداً بالكويت.

المناصب التي تولاها
بعام 1924 ترأس أول نادي ادبي بالكويت.
بعام 1928 عين رئيس المحاكم .. وكان في الفتره الصباحيه يتولى النظر في قضايا اهل الباديه وقضايا الغوص ، وبالمساء يتولى النظر بقضايا التجار والبحاره.
عام 1932 عين رئيس دائرة البلدية.
عام 1936 عين رئيس مجلس المعارف.
عام 1948 عين رئيس دائرة الاوقاف.
عام 1948 عين رئيس دائرة الايتام.
بعام 1962 وفي اول وزارة بتاريخ الكويت عين وزيرا للتربيه والتعليم ، وهو أول وزير للتربيه والتعليم بالكويت.
بعام 1965 عين وزيرا للتجاره والصناعه واستمر بهذا المنصب حتى عام 1967 حيث استقال من منصبه وترك العمل الوزاري.
بعام 1967 عين مستشار خاص للامير صباح السالم الصباح ومن بعده للامير جابر الأحمد الصباح وذلك حتى وفاته عام 1996.
